Delete account

In the app

1. Open the Polo Social Verse app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings, scroll to “Account” and tap “Delete my account”.
3. Confirm in both steps. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is erased

Your profile and personal data (name, @username, photo, bio, contacts, city), posts, comments, reactions, horses, mallets, predictions, notices and uploaded files, plus your sign-in by email, Google or Apple.

What remains

Matches already validated by other players remain in their history as “Removed player”, without identifying you, so that other people’s points and ranking stay correct.

No access to the app?

Ask for deletion by email at contact@metaquantics.com, from the email registered on the account. We reply within 30 days.
