Who we are and acceptance
Polo Social Verse is operated by Metaquantics Consultoria e Tecnologia Empresarial LTDA, CNPJ (Brazilian company ID) 45.636.626/0001-27, headquartered at Rua Itatiba, 155, Pacaembu, São Paulo, SP, 01248-060, Brazil. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Minimum age
You must be at least 13 to use the app. Where local law requires a higher age or parental authorization to process personal data (for example, 16 in parts of the European Union), the age required by that law applies. [PREENCHER: final decision on the minimum age per region.] Minors should use the app with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
Fair play
Log only matches you actually played. A score counts for the ranking only when 4 players (at least 1 from each team) stamp it; a fake score, or one agreed between accounts, can lead to the removal of the matches and of the account.
Your account and your content
You are responsible for what you post and for keeping your password safe. Do not post offensive or illegal content, or content that uses other people's photos without permission. We may remove content that violates these terms.
You keep the rights to your photos and texts and grant us a non-exclusive, free, worldwide license to host, display and distribute that content within the app and the website, only to operate the service. The license ends when you delete the content or the account, except for what others have already shared or what is needed to preserve match history.
If you believe content infringes your copyright, tell us at contact@metaquantics.com with the link and your reasons.
Zero tolerance for abusive content
We do not tolerate abusive content: harassment, hate speech, sexual content, violence, spam or fake profiles. Anyone can report posts, comments and profiles from the "⋯" menu and block other users; blocked users stop appearing to you and cannot interact with your content.
Our team reviews reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. Content reported by several people is hidden automatically until it is reviewed.
Safety and horses
The tips, rules and horse rest counter are general guidance. Rules vary by association and tournament: check the official rulebook. The app does not replace an instructor, a veterinarian or an umpire.
Prediction pool
The prediction pool is worth only points and XP inside the app. There are no cash prizes.
Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Delete my account (or polosocialverse.com/en/delete-account). We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or the law. Validated matches remain in other players' history without identifying you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Warranties and liability
The app is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or injuries arising from playing the sport or from using the app's guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that the law does not allow to be excluded, such as consumer rights.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil are chosen as venue, unless the consumer protection law of the country where you live gives you the right to sue in your home courts or sets different mandatory rules, which continue to apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will notify you in the app when there are relevant changes.
